Consent.
1. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" I, as a subject of personal data, give to the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine as the owner of personal data my voluntary, informed and unambiguous consent to:
1.1. processing of my personal data (Article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection") on the site "Rossery.com" Notice of personal data processing;
1.2. use of my personal data as defined in paragraph 4 of the Notice on the processing of personal data, which provides for any actions of the owner of personal data to process this data, actions to protect them, as well as actions to grant partial or full right to process personal data to other entities relations related to personal data (Article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection");
1.3. dissemination of my personal data in the amount specified in paragraph 4 of the Notice of personal data processing, which provides for the actions of the owner of personal data on the transfer of information about an individual (Article 14 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection");
1.4. access of third parties to my personal data in the amount specified in paragraph 4 of the Notice on the processing of personal data (Article 16 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection").
2. I hereby confirm that I have been duly notified of the purpose of the processing of my personal data in accordance with the Notice on the processing of personal data.
3. According to this Agreement, personal data may be transferred to / from other electronic information resources solely for the purpose of their processing (collection), as defined in paragraph 5 of the Notice on personal data processing without further notification of the personal data subject of such transfer. Personal data may be transferred to third parties as defined in paragraph 6. Notification of the processing of personal data.
4. This Agreement does not apply to personal data processing actions performed by other owners and controllers of personal data to whom the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine transfers personal data to achieve the purpose of their processing (collection) specified in the Notice on personal data processing.
5. I hereby confirm that I am familiar with the content of the Notice on the processing of personal data.
6. The purpose and conditions of processing my personal data are clear to me and I agree with them.
7. This Consent is provided by me for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing (collection) of personal data specified in paragraph 5 of the Notice on the processing of personal data.
8. This Agreement is valid from the moment of its granting.

In accordance with paragraphs 1 and 2 of the second part of Article 8, part two of Article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine notifies the owner, administrator, location, composition and purpose of collecting personal data processed by software site " Rossery.com ”, third parties to whom such personal data is transferred, and the rights of the personal data subject.
1. The owner of personal data processed by
software of the site "Rossery.com" (hereinafter - the personal data processed), is the holder of the site "Rossery.com" - the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine (identification code of the legal entity in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine - 41815683; location: 01001 , Kyiv, 3 Mechnikova Street, contact phone number: +38 093 900 65 35.
2. The controller of the processed personal data is the holder of the site "Rossery.com" - the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine (identification code of the legal entity in the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine - 41815683; location: 01001, Kyiv, Mechnikova Street, building 3, contact phone number - +38 093 900 65 35.
3. Location of personal data being processed: Kyiv, st. Mechnikov, bldg. 3
4. The personal data processed shall include information on: - surname, name and patronymic; - email address. The above information is transmitted to the site "Rossery.com" from electronic information resources or other sources of collection or provided to the Portal "Rossery" by the personal data subject (his representative) in accordance with the specified purpose of processing (collection) of personal data. The processing of personal data means any action or set of actions, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, renewal, use and distribution (distribution, sale, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of personal data carried out by software site "Rossery.com".
5. The purpose of the collection of personal data processed is: - providing the subject of personal data services for access to information materials on the site "Rossery.com"; - creation and functioning of the electronic cabinet of the subject of personal data on the site "Rossery.com"; - providing services to inform citizens about various aspects of economic activity on the site "Rossery.com"; - providing support and assistance in using the services on the site "Rossery.com".
6. The third parties to whom the processed personal data are transferred are: - state bodies, authorities of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, local governments, enterprises, institutions and organizations belonging to the sphere of their management to which the processed personal data are transferred in accordance with the procedure established by law, the interaction between the site "Rossery.com" and other electronic information resources; - other legal entities and individuals applying to the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine with a request for access to personal data being processed. The processed personal data are transferred to third parties with the consent of the personal data subject. The transfer of processed personal data to third parties without the consent of the personal data subject or his / her authorized person is permitted in cases specified by law and only (if necessary) in the interests of national security, economic welfare and human rights. The transfer of personal data to foreign subjects of relations related to personal data (cross-border transfer of personal data) is not carried out.
7. Personal data will be stored by the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine during the operation of the electronic cabinet of the personal data subject on the site "Rossery.com", unless otherwise specified by law, or until the revocation of the personal data subject of this consent. Consent to the processing of personal data is given by the subject of personal data for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing (collection) of personal data specified in paragraph
5. Notification of personal data processing.
According to the second part of Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" the subject of personal data has the right to:
1) know about the sources of collection, location of their personal data, the purpose of their processing, location or place of residence (stay) of the owner or controller of personal data or give a corresponding order to obtain this information to authorized persons, except as provided by law;
2) receive information on the conditions for granting access to personal data, in particular information on third parties to whom his personal data is transferred;
3) access to their personal data;
4) receive no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request, except as provided by law, an answer as to whether his personal data are processed, as well as receive the content of such personal data;
5) make a reasoned request to the owner of personal data with an objection to the processing of their personal data;
6) make a reasoned request to change or destroy their personal data by any owner and controller of personal data, if this data is processed illegally or is inaccurate;
7) to protect their personal data from unlawful processing and accidental loss, destruction, damage due to intentional concealment, non-provision or untimely provision, as well as to protect against the provision of information that is inaccurate or discredits honor, dignity and business reputation an individual;
8) apply to the Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine or to the court with complaints about the processing of their personal data;
9) apply legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on personal data protection;
10) make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to process their personal data during the consent;
11) withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
12) know the mechanism of automatic processing of personal data;
13) to protect against an automated decision that has legal consequences for him.
